Welcome to ZooHouse.AI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, community tools, and all related services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Use of Services
You may use our Services for personal or professional purposes in accordance with your subscription tier. You must not use ZooHouse.AI for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. Account & Authentication
Accounts may be created via Google, Facebook, or other supported providers. By signing in, you authorize ZooHouse.AI to access your profile data (name, email, photo) for identity and personalization purposes.
3. Community Participation
All content you submit (comments, reviews, uploads) must follow our Community Guidelines. You retain ownership but grant ZooHouse.AI a global, royalty-free license to use your content in connection with the Services.
4. Subscriptions & Fees
Certain features require a paid subscription, such as "Zoogler" or "Verified Agent" tiers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. All fees are disclosed prior to transaction and are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Reputation System
We maintain a community scoring system ("Zoogly Score"). This is a proprietary, dynamic metric and may be reset or adjusted at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, designs, and code are owned by ZooHouse.AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute without written consent.
7. Advertising & Data Use
We may use your activity to personalize content and advertising. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee accuracy or availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZooHouse.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. Termination is at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
11. Updates & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
